The Sac

If you live in Utah you know about the LoveSac. For awhile there they were the big thing. You had to have a Lovesac and not just some beanbag. It had to be the Lovesac. Since then I’ve known they filed for bankruptcy (only to reconfigure their debt) and have closed some stores. But they’re still out there. I was one the fortunate individuals to jump on that Lovesac band wagon and oh what a comfy band wagon it is. I purchase the Supersac. Given I really wanted the Moviesac, you know the humongous ones in the movie theatre, but all I had room for was the Supersac. It’s relaxing to get home from work and just lay on this great big cushion. Feeling like you’re almost suspended by air. It’s the greatest thing since sliced bread. But you start to get annoyed at how you have to climb out of the thing to get up for a drink.  Than after awhile you only use it when you’re watching some movie late at night. Than your dogs start to take ownership of it and spend all day lounging on it. Yes that’s right I basically paid $400 for an over sized dog bed. If you think your dog is spoiled think again.
I really can’t tell you the last time I ever used the Lovesac. Other people have. Take for instance the other day my cousin McKenna was over and found it entertaining to jump up and down it while the dogs tried to lick her, “I’m having the funniest time.” I’m glad kid. Easiest babysitting I’ve ever done in awhile. It was cute to see this little tiny body floating on this giant ball of foam. Than she started to sink. Hilarious watching her try and climb out of the thing.
Recently my mother decided to buy a new cover for it. I had purchase a baseball cover probably five or so years ago. With all of the dogs using it throughout the years it was pretty beat. Not to mention my brother’s dog who decided to take a chunk of material out while she was chewing her Kong. Now looking on their website if you want to purchase a new cover prices range from $120 to $400. Pretty pricey. So I decided to look on Ebay. Low and behold I was able to win an auction on a super cute giraffe print for only $75.00. I love Ebay. Yesterday I received it in the mail. In opening the package I discovered she also shipped a purple swimsuit. Too bad purple doesn’t suit me well.  Today we put the new cover on. Poor Bosco didn’t want to get rid of the old one.

Bailey on the other hand was in heaven.
